Biocon offers a wide range of oncotherapeutic which includes genxtor?temsirolimus, an inhibitor of mtor, is an antineoplastic agent. Temsirolimus is a prescription medicine used to treat people with advanced kidney cancer (renal cell carcinoma or rcc) who have at least three of six prognostic risk factors. Temsirolimus stops cancer cells from making new cancer cells and also cuts off the blood supply to the cancer. This may slow the growth and spread of kidney cancer. Indications: it is indicated for the first-line treatment of patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (rcc) who have at least three of six prognostic risk factors
