NEBULA - cGLP Steam Autoclave

The Autoclaves type NEBULA are designed for the sterilization by clean saturated steam of heat-resistant and moisture-stable materials such as metal parts, plastic and rubber components, liquids in sealed or vented containers, filter cartridges, clothes, etc...

Pre-selected and "custom" programs for any need. All machines are equipped with service programs for maintenance and qualification activities such as conditioning phase, automatic sterilization of vacuum brake/counter-pressurefilter, pressure/vacuum leak test, Bowie & Dick test, Helix test, filter integrity test (WIT), air detection test and widely customizable work programs such as those for:

Solid components and porous loadsLiquid in ventilated containersLiquids in sealed containersFragile products (filter cartridges)Rubber stoppers

The machine can be set up to perform decontamination cycles with sterilization of condensation in the chamber and filtration exhaust following BSL3 and BSL4.

The steam is introduced into the sterilization chamber through an automatic modulating valve with PID control and the condensation generated is continuously evacuated through the drain to ensure excellent heat distribution during the sterilization process (temperature deviation less than 0,4 ºC / 39° F).
