I Holland Introduce their Latest Innovations to the Asian Market at P-MEC India

I Holland will introduce a range of their latest products to the Asian market, when they visit P-MEC India from 2–4 December 2014.
Joining their agent, Bowman and Archer on stand D48, I Holland will present visitors to a number of their most innovative products, including their extensive range of punches and dies, which incorporates multi-tips, designer shapes and the PharmaCote coating range, as well as the MF40 automated punch and die polishing machine.
Andy Dumelow, I Holland PharmaCare Manager and Market Manager for India said: We are looking forward to showcasing our product portfolio to the Indian market at P-MEC, which is a regular event in our exhibition schedule.
The MF40 automated punch and die polishing machine will be on-site at the stand, where demonstrations will take place. MF40 was developed to be used as part of I Hollands recommended PharmaCare 7-Step Process, a professional maintenance and storage programme.
MF40 has a 40-L media drum and increased capacity holders allowing a maximum of 51 B or 36 D punches per polishing cycle. The machine uses single phase power and has a compact footprint of just 940x750 mm, making it a space and cost effective machine for manufacturers.
Automated polishing is an integral part of this 7-Step Process and will maximise trouble-free tablet production by helping to keep tooling in perfect condition. By following this process and correct maintenance, costly tablet press downtime and compression problems associated with capping, tablet weight and thickness variation can also be reduced.
Our range of tooling, including our impressive array of multi-tips and PharmaCote coatings will also be on display. P-MEC India will give us the opportunity to introduce visitors to our comprehensive range of products and give us the opportunity to talk directly to industry leaders in the country.
