I Holland brings its innovative pharmaceutical tooling products to Asia

Products include an innovative Tool Management System and a new patented elliptical punch head form designed to increase dwell time on an existing table press without the need for time-consuming and expensive modifications.
I Holland will showcase a number of its newest and most innovative products to the Asian market by joining its suppliers in both China and India at world leading exhibitions.
The first exhibition on the agenda is the China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition (CIPM), 5-8 November (stand 5/05/1). Here I Holland will join agent DKG to present a number of its most recent additions including IH-TMS, an innovative Tool Management System that ensures the proactive monitoring of tool rotations, tooling inventory and maintenance. It also has the capability to archive tool images and drawings. The 21-CFR part 11 compliant system will also keep a complete audit trail and record of tablet quantities by number of tablets, work order or batch information. The IH-TMS is easy to use with a simple touch-screen interface that alerts the user if there is over compression, tooling replacements or scheduled maintenance required.
I Holland Marketing Manager, Alex Bunting said: “The exhibitions in both China and India are the ideal platform in which to present our most recent innovative solutions. It is also the perfect opportunity to meet with existing and new customers and to support our distributors in offering advice to those attending the exhibitions.”
I Holland continues to present its products by working with Bowman Archer on their stand (F40 BEC) at PMEC India, 21-23 November. As well presenting the IH-TMS solution, they will also introduce XDF (eXtended Dwell Flat). This is a new patented elliptical punch head form designed to increase dwell time on an existing table press without the need for time-consuming and expensive modifications. It has been created to achieve higher press speeds, enhance tablet compaction and cohesion, reducing the propensity for sticking, and has the ability to increase dwell time by up to 50% over a standard punch head.
