DESCRIPTION
Chymotrypsin is a recombinant serine endopeptidase expressed in E.coli, the gene sequence is the same as human chymotrypsin. Recombinant chymotrypsin hydrolyzes at the carboxyl side of aromatic amino acids residues: Tyr, Phe and Trp. Cleavage may also be observed, but at a lower rate, at Leu and Met. Chymotrypsin activity is optimal in pH 7.0–9.0. 
PRODUCT USAGE
Used alone, or with other proteases to interact with digestive proteins, or other special uses such as organic synthesis.

    Protein A binds to most human and mouse IgG subclassed (e.g., human IgG1, IgG2, IgG4; mouse IgG2, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3). It also binds to total IgG form cow, guinea pig, hamster, house, pig and rabbit. Recombinant protein A can be coupling to solid separation medium (such as agarose) for the monoclonal antibody or polyclonal antibody purification. Recombinant
    protein A can be coupling to a variety of report moleculars (such as fluorescent moleculars, enzyme markers, biotin, colloidal gold and radioactive marker, etc.), and the coupling antibody. These coupling derivatives can be used in antibody test in the process of Western-blot, ELISA, immunohistochemical etc.
