DESCRIPTION
Aprotinin is a competitive serine protease inhibitor that inhibits trypsin, chymotrypsin, kallikrein and plasmin. Aprotinin forms stable complexes with and blocks the active sites of enzymes. Binding is reversible with most aprotinin-protease complexes and dissociating at pH <3.0. Effective concentration is equimolar with protease. YaxinBio recombinant aprotinin is a genetically engineered protein expressed in E.coli and purified by multi-column.The amino acid sequence of recombinant trypsin is identical to bovine lung derived aprotinin,with equivalent properties compared to native aprotinin and can replace native trypsin for using in a variety of biotechnological processes.

  • Details
    Lipases (EC 3.1.1.3) are ubiquitous enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of fats and oils, playing important roles in pharmaceutical. The lipase from Serratia marcescens (SML) is well-known for its excellent enantioselectivity in biocatalytic hydrolysis of trans-3-(4-methoxyphynyl) glycidic acid methyl ester [(±)-MPGM] to produce (2R, 3S)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl) glycidic acid methyl ester [(-)-MPGM], which is a key intermediate for the synthesis of diltiazem hydrochloride.

    COMPONENTS: It is a natural immobilized lipase A. No other additivies.
    UNIT DEFIINITION: Lipase was assayed using p-nitrophenyl acetate (pNPA) as a substrate. One unit of lipase activity was defined as the amount of enzyme releasing 1.0 µmol of p-nitrophenol per minute.
    USAGE METHODS: Used directly after suspended, remove this insoluble lipase by centrifugation, and can be reused several times.
