DP-Anastrozole (30 tablets/bottle pack)

Anastrozole is a benzyltriazole derivative. The chemical name is a,a,a`a`-tetramethyl-5-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-benzenediacetonitrile. DP-ANASTROZOLE is used to treat breast cancer in women after they have undergone menopause. DP-ANASTROZOLE slows or stops the growth of cancer cells, but it does not kill these cells. Dosage recommendations for Adults including the elderly: One 1 mg tablet to be taken orally once a day, for Children: Not recommended for use in children, for Renal impairment and Hepatic impairment: No dose adjustment is recommended. Presentation: DP-ANASTROZOLE 1 mg film-coated tablets are white to off-white, round, film-coated, biconvex tablets engraved with “A 1” on one side and plain on the other. The tablets contain lactose (see Description) and are gluten-free. Storage: DP-ANASTROZOLE 1 mg tablets should be stored below 30 °C and should be kept in a place where they will remain dry and away from light. The shelf-life is 36 months.
