ANAGRELIDE HCl 0.5 MG CAPSULE (100 CAPS)
GRELİNE is indicated for the treatment of high vascular risk essential thrombocythemia in patients who are unresponsive to hydroxyurea and aspirin therapy, or who develop venous thrombosis, or who experience intolerable anemia and/or leukopenia following the use of hydroxyurea. Additionally, GRELİNE may be used in the treatment of thrombocytosis developing in the course of myeloproliferative diseases (such as myelofibrosis, polycythemia vera, chronic myeloid leukemia, atypical myeloproliferative/myelodysplastic syndrome with thrombocythemia) if a response cannot be achieved with hydroxyurea under the aforementioned conditions.
