Active ingredients: it is prevents the bounding of aldosterone being the key hormone of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system which is involved in arterial pressure regulation and progression of cardiovascular diseases. Indications: it is standard medical therapy for decreasing the risk of cardiovascular diseases and mortality in stabilized patients with left ventricular dysfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction ≤ 40 %) and clinical implications of heart failure after old myocardial infarction.
