Furosemide

Borshchahivskiy cpp (bcpp) offers a wide range of medicinal products which includes furosemide. Active ingredients: it is a potent diuretic with rapid action and a sulphonamide derivative. Furosemide is a loop diuretic, which inhibits active sodium and chloride transport in the thick ascending limb of henle, and their reabsorption at the proximal and distal tubules of the nephron. The action of furosemide on the distal tubule is independent of any inhibitory effect on carbonic anhydrase or aldosterone. Furosemide has no significant pharmacological effects other than on the renal function. Indications: it is indicated for the treatment of oedema syndrome, including fluid retention associated with congestive heart failure, liver and renal diseases, chronic kidney failure, including nephrotic syndrome; arterial hypertension.
