Product Description

Borshchahivskiy cpp (bcpp) offers a wide range of medicinal products which includes digoxin. Active ingredients: it is a cardiac glycoside of mean effective duration of its action, derived from digitalis leaves. It has a positive inotropic effect, increases systolic and stroke output, prolongs the effective refractory period, and reduces av-conductivity and heartbeat. The preparation is indicated in chronic cardiac insufficiency and its action leads to increased efficiency of cardiac contractions. Digoxin also has a moderate diuretic effect. Indications: it is used in the treatment of: congestive heart failure; atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter (for adjusting heart rate); supraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia.
