UK Drug Shortages while Exports Boost

More than 50 drugs are in short supply for NHS patients as weak pound drives the country's drug exports for better profit.

Rogue pharmacists and sketchy wholesalers are the reasons for the U.K. shortage of more than 50 drugs, with cancer treatments especially hard hit. The wholesalers sell drugs intended for the UK's National Health Service to traders who sell them in European drug markets where the drugs are more expensive.
