TabSecure- Tablet Inspection System

TAB Secure is a UHR Colour Camera based online Inspection systems being Installaed over the Vibratory plates on the Tablet Countering machine in the Bulk Packing Line.

System has a high inspection rate of up to 1 Million Tablets per Hour, considering 24 Channels on the Bulking Packing Line Counter.
The camera Inspect the product running over the counter for Various defects such as :

Geometrical Defects ( Shape, Size, broken, chipping )Cosmetic Defects ( Colour Variation, black Spot ) Foreign Object / Mix Ups ( Cable Tie, Thread, SS Nuts, Washer,.. ) 
Feature:

Kevision Hi Tech software Algorithm has accurate tagging & tracking of tablets at high speed to ensure defect detection.
Ultra high end controller unit with hyper threading is used for fast and accurate processing. 
Each tablet is inspected multiple times, before a decision is taken to accept /reject the same.
Rejection logic is Individual trace wise rejection.
Inspection Stop along with Machine Stop feature is provided in case a foreign object is detected.
Extremely easy to setup & auto teach functionality available. User-friendly GUI and simple to operate.
