Medical device with mechanical action, intended to restore the natural biological barrier composed ofautochthonous saprophytes.
Indications.
The presence of normal pharyngeal saprophytic flora iscrucial for the health of the upper airways and the humanbody. Changes in the saprophytic flora can, in fact, lead tothe development of pharyngotonsillitis or other diseasesin this area and predispose for the development ofcomplications in the lower airways.Various environmental, physical or chemical factors canaffect the composition of this delicate microbial ecosystem. Orogermina is a medical device with mechanical action,intended to restore the natural biological barrier composedof autochthonous saprophytes.Orogermina is indicated

  • in the prevention of pharyngo-tonsillar area infections,
  • after topical and/or systemic antibiotic treatment,to facilitate the recovery of the normal pharyngealsaprophytic flora,
  • in all cases in which it is appropriate to facilitate therecovery of the normal pharyngeal saprophytic flora(topical pharyngeal treatments, chronic damage fromthe inhalation of smoke or irritating substances, etc.).
