Omnilock™ Ultra PAPER is a groundbreaking fully recyclable, heat sealable, ultra-high barrier paper developed by Huhtamaki. It is engineered to replace non-recyclable multi-layer laminates, including those made of paper, plastic, and aluminum.

Omnilock™ Ultra PAPER represents a significant innovation in sustainable packaging. Its ultra-high barrier properties, which previously required non-recyclable multi-layer aluminum foil/plastic combinations, are now achieved with a fully recyclable paper solution. With a paper content ranging from 87-93% derived from FSC certified fibers, the product maintains superior barrier performance while being environmentally friendly.
