Product Description

Blending can be offered in a range of Units. High shear blending is offered on 2000ltr and 4200ltr ploughshare blenders or 600ltr high speed disperser. Liquid addition is possible.Low shear blending is offered at 1500ltr to 2000ltr scale on ribbon blenders. Tumble bin blending is also available.
Multiple component batch blends are dispensed and checked to high accuracy.
Continuous blending is also possible with up to 4 components accurately metered by loss in weight.
Standards range from medical, pharmaceutical GMP to food and industrial.
