Custom Powders offers contract air classified milling in 4 process suites in the UK and 1 process suite in the Netherlands.Process standards range from industrial to FSSC22000 food grade to pharmaceutical excipient to GMP standard.
With a range of Hosokawa Micron and Alpine air classifier mills particle sizes of down to D50 of 4 microns can be achieved.
Capacity depends on the product being milled but can range from campaigns of 5 to 10t in a week to over 100t in a week.
