The RCM-200 DT TYPHON is a continuous-motion rotary machine for container capping. With this machine, Siempharma covers all production requirements for speeds up to 200 pieces per minute. All different types of caps (press-on, snap-on, push-in stoppers and plugs, screw-on, ROPP closures, pumps, dropper tips, spray, aluminium capsules, and crimp-on caps etc.) can be handled, with the possibility to include two capping stations (up to 8 heads for each of these). Its continuous motion, design characteristics, the materials used and the accuracy of finishing, guarantee optimal and safe performance with low level wear on mechanical parts, requiring minimal maintenance.
