AUTOMATIC LABELLING MACHINE ETF-300

The labeller ETF-300 is an automatic system specific for the pharmaceutical sector designed according to GMP guidelines to offer top-level performance in the application and control of self-adhesive labels on bottles, vials and cylindrical products. It offers high accessibility thanks to a special labelling machine with extremely ergonomic reel loading that facilitates management, inspection and maintenance. It is equipped with a control panel with PLC electronics for constant diagnosis of peripherals and management of the system by means of an HMI operator panel created following the FDA “CFR 21 part 11” reference standards and GAMP guidelines. It is controlled by a UPS system for the correct management of automatic shutdown in the event of a power failure. The system stands out for its high standards for the control of labelling and waste management thanks to a station for checking the successful labelling, a control device that certifies the rejection occurred. The ETF-300 can also satisfy different printing needs thanks to the predisposition to integrate different printing groups.
