The Capa Valve technology can be installed into any size standard medical syringe to create a dual chamber prefilled syringe which is capable of sequentially dispensing two liquids or premixing two liquids or a solid and a liquid before injection. It is an extremely low cost solution for the packaging and dispensing of combination drugs which require reconstituting before injection. It addresses a rapidly growing trend of using lyophilized injectables for significantly increased drug shelf life.
