Dosage & administration: ·congestive heart failure (including pulmonary edema, cardiac asthma): congenital heart disease, valvular disease, hypertension, ischemic heart disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris etc) ·arrhythmia: tachycardia due to trial fibrillation flutter, paroxysmal atrial tachycardia ·other heart disease(pericarditis, myocardial disease), hyperthyrodism & hypothyrodism ·cardiac failure or prevention & treatment of various tachycardia. Dosage & administration: 1. Adult : 1) rapid saturation therapy (saturation amount: 1.0-4.0mg initial digoxin as 0.5-1.0mg, 0.5mg every 6-8 hours after oral administration and continue until a sufficient effect appears 2) litotes it may be a saturated therapy. 3) maintenance therapy: daily dosage for oral administration to 0.25-0.5mg 2. Children : 1) rapid saturation therapy under 2 years: 1 day per kg 0.06-0.08mg to 3-4 times the body weight in divided doses over 2 years: 1 day per kg 0.04-0.06mg to 3-4 times the body weight in divided doses. 2) maintenance therapy is administered to january 5 to january 3 of the saturation amount.
