Dosage & administration: adults usually 1 days 1 ~ 2ku (klobusitzky unit), intravenous or intramuscular injections in children is a 0.3 ~ 1ku. - prevention: surgery, 2-4 hours before the intramuscular or intravenous 1ku 1ku just before the surgery - emergency medical treatment: when intravenously and requires urgent cases, or if bleeding extend to repeat the dose. - dermatology: 1ku every 8 hours during the first two days the symptoms of shingles intramuscular injection and, from the third day in 12-hour intervals intramuscular injection. - children: a 0.3 ~ 1ku and intramuscular every eight hours.
