BF50 HT Automatic Blistering-Thermoforming Machine

BF50 HT is an automatic thermoforming-blistering machine with alternating pitch designed for the realization of blister for the packaging of medical devices such as syringes, vials, bottles and ampoules, in addition to the blister packaging of different kinds of liquid and solid products, pharmaceutical products and food supplements as capsules, tablets, pills, etc. Max dimension of the blister with rounded angles is mm. 180x120x35h: the pockets are pre-formed before the forming phase with punches system. The electric and electronic management of the machine takes place by "Pro Face" PLC with integrated operator panel and the pitch is controlled by an electronic Brushless motor.
