On BF 80 HT model the frame is completely constructed in anodised aluminium, tops, passage runningboards, nuts and bolts are totally in stainless steel also. The BF 80 HT has a frame allows maximum access for cleaning all the packaging areas.
The machine has a large area of feeding where all kind of implementation can be possible to improve. (feeding vials and syringes, de nester system or having a very large manual loading.
All the machines in the OMAR srl range are manufactured with Siemens products and are equipped with the latest generation of PLC S7 1200 system with fully touch screen interface. The system includes CFR21 traceability and audit trails, multi user tracks and allarm history.
