Almac Group Wins Life Sciences Team of the Year

Almac Sciences’ Technology Group was selected as the winner of the “Life Sciences Team of the Year” category  during this year’s Irish Life Sciences Awards ceremony, held on 6 July 2023 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dublin..

Almac Sciences, a member of the Almac Group, is delighted to announce a win in the Life Sciences Team of the Year category during this year’s Irish Life Sciences Awards ceremony, held on 6 July 2023 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dublin.  

Almac Sciences’ Technology Group was selected as the winner of the “Life Sciences Team of the Year” category.  The Technology Group is a multi-disciplinary team, offering a toolbox of innovative technology solutions for synthetic chemistry including biocatalysis, biology services, custom and flow chemistry, radiochemistry and physical sciences right through to manufacture on tonne scale.  

Key to the success of the team is the integration of multi-disciplinary scientific expertise with the aim of developing new greener and sustainable chemical processes that go beyond the traditional realms of chemical synthesis. The team has delivered multiple innovative manufacturing processes for their clients and has enhanced Ireland’s position as a global chemical manufacture for the pharmaceutical and fine chemical sectors.
