Designed to perform 3 different processes:
• Drying of wet granulate
• Top drive granulation
• Bottom spray coating for micro granules

Main Features:

Standard capacity: 30 L to 1.540 L.
PLC + HMI for machine control in manual and automatic mode, with recipe editing.
12 bar pressure-shock resistance.
Mobile filter plate with motorized lift. The peripheral inflatable joint to guarantee the tightness, with automatic pneumatic connection.
Filters with quick change system without tools.• Cartridge or bag filters with cage (configurable).
Filter cleaning sectorized blown w/counter current pharmaceutical compressed air.
"In wall" design to be completely integrated in the clean room.
Double inflatable joint, lower and upper to ensure tightness.
Sampling point for process control.
Container bottom with mesh or perforated plate (configurable).
Discharge valve.
Clamp connection for temperatures probe
