Product Description

B vitamins affect a number of important processes in the body, mainly related to the central and autonomic nervous system, involved in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. They are necessary for normal metabolism, help to overcome stress and mental strain, participate in the formation of red blood cells, maintain muscle and skin function. Folic acid is a coenzyme needed by the body to build muscle mass and synthesize hemoglobin. It also plays a key role in the absorption of other B vitamins, providing energy to the body and helping it to fight fatigue more easily.  Ingredients: Vitamin B1 (thiamine) – 4.2 mg. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – 4.8 mg. Vitamin B3 (niacin) – 18 mg. Vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate) – 18 mg. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 6 mg. Vitamin B9 (folic acid) – 0.6 mg. Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – 0.003 mg. Vitamin B7 (biotin / Vit. H) – 0.45 mg.
