Product Description

VitalDose® EVA copolymer is a technology platform for reliable sustained release performance in indications requiring long-acting drug delivery. Common applications of this ethylene vinyl acetate pharmaceutical grade copolymer include subcutaneous and ophthalmic implants and intravaginal inserts. Therapeutics in these forms address unmet clinical and patient needs across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, ophthalmology, central nervous system, rare diseases and women’s health. 

Our controlled release VitalDose® EVA pharmaceutical copolymers meet the chemical and physical properties required for many drug formulations. VitalDose® EVA can be processed at low temperatures to accommodate sensitive biologics; furthermore, has broad solubility characteristics for small molecules. This ethylene vinyl acetate may be processed with a variety of manufacturing methods including hot melt extrusion.
