Dermolivo® Vaginal ovules has a moisturizing and soothing action, which restores comfort even in cases of concomitant itching and burning. It creates a lubricant-protective film, given by the presence of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Vitamin E (EvoGold®), that protects the vaginal mucosa, contributing to the maintenance of the physiological state of hydration. The presence of tindallyzed probiotics (DuoLact) guarantees a balancing action of the vaginal bacterial microflora, which could be altered by the following: inappropriate intimate hygiene, incorrect use of drugs (antibiotics, antifungals, chemotherapeutics), vaginal inflammation and menopause. These conditions can lead to an impoverishment of the physiological vaginal bacterial flora, lowering the natural defense of the mucosa. The properties of lactoferrin allow the formation of a mechanical barrier that prevents bacterial proliferation and helps to soothe the annoying symptoms.
