  • Borosilicate glass 3.3 European production (certificate for glass composition for validation)
  • Scaffolding: 304L stainless steel
  • Scaffolding fasteners: 321 alloy steel
  • Working volume from 15 to 100 liters for vessels with a jacket and up to 300 liters for vessels without a jacket.
  • Any configuration is possible.
  • Different type of stirring devices. Mixers are made of PFA-coated steel.
  • Dry mechanical seal of the agitator
  • Certificates of material composition in contact with the product
  • Automation of the unit is possible, as well as recording and storage of data.
  • PTFE washing spray balls, pH sensor, sampler, safety valve, rupture disc, vacuum level controller can be installed.
  • Temperature range from -40°C to +180°C
  • Pressure from -0.98 to +0.5 bar
  • Explosion-proof design of electrical components (flameproof enclosure (d) and intrinsically safe circuit (i)).
