Elm-plastic GmbH offers a wide range of products which includes udder injectors. Features: it is used for intramammary injection of vet. Med. Pastes and gels, e.g. For mastitis treatment. The elm-plastic udder injector is the result of successful collaboration of veterinarian, pharmaceutical producer and our development department. The special geometry of the piston ensures an unproblematic filling by the canula, as well as from the back side. Wrap-around printing of the injector body is also possible. All materials used meet the requirements of the european pharmacopoeia as well as those of the bgvv and the fda. The udder injectors are produced in a cleanroom according gmp grade d. The irradiation sterilisation method is validated according iso 11137 and revalidated in regular periods. Contact us for more information.
