Troubleshooting from a tablet manufacturer’s perspective
I Holland to host a solutions-led seminar focusing on resolving tablet compression issues.
I Holland will educate the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries on common problems encountered during tablet production, by hosting a solutions-led seminar, 2-3 November 2017. The event will take a fresh approach on how to resolve renowned issues within the manufacturing process.
Having researched the issues related to tablet compression, and devised a structured programme to combat the problems, I Holland, a leading manufacturer of tablet tooling, will share their findings in a seminar designed to give an in-depth technical view on troubleshooting from a tablet manufacturer’s perspective.
Marianna D’Onghia, I Holland’s host for the event said: “The Ultimate Guide to Compression Tooling Seminar is a comprehensive 2-day event, which takes attendees through the most common problems found in modern tablet production, from sticking and picking to weight control and capping.
“The seminar is designed to highlight the most prolific problems and offer answers to each issue. It also demonstrates how to tackle elements of punch and die design, tooling specification and aftercare through a planned professional maintenance programme, all of which will help to improve output and profitability. The event will combine a practical element and demonstrate how this process works.
“Delegates will have the opportunity to visit the I Holland factory and see punch manufacture from design through to despatch of the final product. Attendees can also address specific problems to our team of experts who will be on hand to offer advice. The seminar is the perfect opportunity to discuss individual cases and gain informative feedback on how I Holland can further assist in solving tooling problems.
“I Holland hold seminars several times a year to help to educate the industry on how they can solve common tablet production problems with better foresight and understanding of the potential causes, whilst offering practical solutions which will result in saving not just time, but also money. The seminar is an effective platform in which to share I Holland’s 70 years of experience and expertise in the production process within tablet manufacturing.“
