The supercritical CO2 extraction and other processes based on CO2 as a solvent are of high interest for different areas of the pharmaceutical industry. This is mainly due to the unique properties of CO2 which allow the extraction of sensitive substances selectively and gentle.
Pharmaceutical plants require the highest degree of repeatable processing, cleaning, safety and traceability. NATEX’s competence in engineering, fabrication and installation of industrial processing plants for pharmaceutical applications has enabled various customers to manufacture completely new products or significantly improve existing products in terms of quality or capacity.
