Product Description

SYFPAC® SECUREJECT® is Brevetti Angela machine for aseptic manufacturing of Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS) and injection devices with the Blow Fill Seal (BFS) technology. It is designed for high production of plastic syringes from 0.5ml to 20ml. Starting from the polymer granule, the syringe is formed, filled and sealed inside the machine in aseptic conditions, under grade A even if the machine is placed in grade C/d environment. On SYFPAC® SECUREJECT® machine there are several syringe designs available: from squeezable single dose syringe (with or without inserts) to a more standard design including piston and one or two inserts.
