Cold
End Inspection Machine
The DH-TInspector-1
cold end inspection machine can perform the dimensional inspection and detect
the appearance defects of vials during the glass bottle-making process. It is
typically installed at the cold end (following the annealing process) in a
production line, which can automatically organize and inspect the bottles.

Automatic
Cap Inspector
The DH-ABI
1200 is a fully-automatic cap inspector used to inspect all 360° of edge,
and positive and negative sides of caps without any fade zone. The machine
adopts an oscillating feeding motion for inspecting unwanted defects and
detects foreign particles such as dirt and imperfections with high precision.
The DH-ABI 1200 creates templates for different products and is easy to use,
maintain and clean for any operator.

Rubber Stopper Inspector
The DH-ASI
1000 is a fully-automatic rubber stopper inspector used to inspect
360°edges, and the positive and negative sides of the rubber stoppers using an
oscillating feeding system. Defects such as scrap edge and other irregularities
are immediately inspected. The machine complies with GMP standards and is easy
to maintain and clean.

employs high-speed cameras to acquire real-time images of a glass bottle to
perform dimensional measurements and defects inspection on the finished
bottles.
