SortSecure360: Tablet Inspection Technology

In partnership with Meliscout Vision Engineering, SortSecure360° performs a 360° comprehensive analysis of each tablet, rotating it at least 1.5 times and capturing 15-20 high-resolution images during the rotation to ensure thorough examination. Utilizing advanced machine vision technology, it detects subtle defects such as color variations, cracks, and spots with high precision. The system is equipped with four automated ejection stations operating in parallel, complete with verification to ensure any defective products are accurately removed from the production line. With a high throughput capacity of up to 30,000 products per hour, the system is designed for scalability, featuring a modular structure that allows for seamless upgrades, ensuring long-term adaptability and future-proofing for evolving production needs.
