Product Description

Integrated / Standalone SIP systems to ensure the Equipments, Systems , Machines and piping are kept sterile during the manufacture of sterile liquid pharmaceutical are manufactured by us.

 These systems are designed to provide documented temperature-controlled sterilisation cycles in accordance with the desired procedure using hot media.

 
Mechanical Characteristics of SIP Systems :

1.       Integrated  / stand-alone stationary or Mobile system

2.       Online temperature monitoring PT 100 sensor.

3.       Space conserving design

4.       Materials offered for contact surfaces are SA240 GR. 316 L and non-contact SA240Gr. 304.

5.       The Internal surfaces of all piping and components are polished to <0.4 Microns Ra and electro-polished. The external surfaces are polished to desired Ra value and offered in Satin and Mirror finishes. All welds are polished to the current ASME BPE / GMP standards.

6.       Every operational function required for the process can be integrated into the preparation and pressure vessel including  all components, Piping, manual /automated valves and requisite instrumentation for Manual to fully automatic operation.

7.       Zero dead leg and sanitary design components

8.       All requisite Instruments for optimised control and operation of systems for 100% repeatability of results.
