Product Description

Borshchahivskiy cpp (bcpp) offers a wide range of medicinal products which includes rifampicin. Active ingredients: it is a semi-synthetic broad-spectrum first line antituberculous medicine. Rifampicin is particularly active against the rapidly growing extracellular organisms and also has bactericidial activity intracellularly. Rifampicin has activity against slow and intermittently-growing mycobacterium tuberculosis and mycobacterium leprae; grampositive (staphylococci) and gram-negative (meningococci, gonococci) microorganisms. Indications: it is used in combination therapy for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible microorganisms: tuberculosis: in combination with other active anti-tuberculosis medicinal products in the treatment of all forms of tuberculosis, and tuberculous meningitis. Rifadin is also effective against most atypical strains of mycobacteria; nontuberculous infections caused by rifampicin-susceptible microorganisms, including brucellosis, legionnaires’ disease, leprosy, and severe staphylococcal infections;.
