Dosage strength: 50.000 UI. Pharmaceutical form: capsule.Indications:

  • Treatment of vitamin A deficiency that can present throughout symptoms such as xerophthalmia, keratomalacia, changes in night vision, dryness of the skin and hyperkeratosis, reduced resistance to infections. 
  • The medicine can also be used in the prevention of vitamin A deficiency in risk situations associated to gastrointestinal disease (malabsorption, steatorrhea, pancreatic impairment and severe protein deficiency). However, in these pathologies, absorption may be incomplete and much reduced.
