Results Healthcare Appoints Anthony Harrington as Manager

Healthcare corporate finance and strategy specialist, Results Healthcare, has appointed Anthony Harrington as Manager where he joins the dedicated team of healthcare corporate finance professionals servicing the practice’s growing client base.

A graduate of National University Cork, Ireland, where he achieved a First in Business Economics and a BSc, Finance, First Class, Anthony most recently worked as a corporate finance consultant for Survitec Group and Enteq Upstream plc. Prior to this he was Associate Director in the corporate finance department of Investec plc. During his time at Investec, Anthony was involved in a number of significant transactions, including the sale of Arena Leisure plc, the IPO of and subsequent fundraising for Enteq Upstream plc, as well as acquisitions for Enteq and a fundraising for Digital Barriers plc. 

Before joining Investec, Anthony spent four years in the healthcare team at Rothschild. Here he worked on a wide variety of transactions, such as the sale of a minority stake in an Irish probiotics company, the private placement of a minority stake in an Indian pharmaceutical manufacturer, the acquisition by BTG plc of Protherics plc, the disposal of a non-core product portfolio by Shire plc to Almirall and the sale of Huntleigh plc to Getinge.

Anthony has a further 2 years healthcare experience, having worked as an Analyst with the healthcare team at Bear Stearns.
