Product Description

The ‘Ramashary’ Tablet Coater machine is an exceptional device suitable for sugar and film coating. According to the tablet coating working principle, the tablets inside the pan efficiently tumble upon each other due to the appropriate baffles. On the other hand, efficient coating is ensured via the reliable stirrer, anti-bearding spray gun and peristaltic pump.
The tablets are dried in the controlled environment created by maintaining the air volume, bed temperature and negative pressure in the chamber. The exhaust air scrubbers and fresh air handling unit (AHU) are used for that. AHU works on a high-efficiency particulate (HEPA) filter or Micro Vee Filter and a Pre-filter.

Models Available from 30" Dia Pan to 60" Dia Pan.
