PWD commercial filter/dryer

PWD pilot filter/dryer is designed to fit commercial scale operations with the functionalities of isolation (solid/liquid separation), washing and drying of specialty compounds (e.g. APIs, fine chemicals etc.). The design of the PWD commercial filter/dryer follows the same design as PWD pilot filter/dryer will all the same functionalities. The filtration area and chamber capacity can be adjusted to the needs of the production line. The single PWD commercial filter/dryer follows batch production method, however with the ability to create a modular system of many PWD commercial filters/dryers, the semi-continuous or even continuous method of production can be achieved. The filter/dryer operates in a closed environment with all functions performed under pressure or vacuum where processes of isolation, washing and drying are performed in autonomous and fully automated manner.
