PHD is our pinhole detection system for 10 µm sized pinholes, pores, fissures, foil fractures and cracks on aluminum blister packs at very high speed, impossible to be seen by human eyes.

  • Quick setup: "PLUG n PLAY" configuration with just 3 buttons Stand-alone System. No PLC/PC dependency for rejection.
  • R-Logic provides increased immunity against noise.
  • Sensitivity adjustable to detect up to 10 µm sized holes at the speed upto 1800 m/hr.
  • Continuous self-diagnostics ensures 100% inspection reliability
  • Smallest camera with built-in illumination
  • 21 CFR Part 11, compliant.
