Phosphoramidites

Currently, various phosphoramidites for the synthesis of siRNA and ASO for RNA therapeutics are being synthesized. In addition to previously known simple DNA and RNA  phosphoramidites, 2’-modifiied RNA phosphoramidites with various structures that can increase the stability of oligonucleotides and improve resistance to nuclease activity in vivo are also being actively researched. Refinement issues, which are critical points  in RNA Chemistry, can be solved quickly by incorporating refinement technologies obtained through existing API research. In particular, an economical process can be established through the application of continuous processes.
