The production of glass tubing and its transformation into glass primary container presents several challenges and opportunities when it comes to sustainability. To address the environmental impact of these processes, a comprehensive approach must be adopted, starting from raw material sourcing, and extending to the end-of-life phase of the glass containers. Here is an overview of Nipro´ sustainability initiatives and solutions from the glass tubing stage to the final glass primary container:
