Indication: alternative therapy for the following conditions when oral therapy is not applicable: duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, reflux esophagitis and zollinger-ellison syndrome. Dosage: intravenous infusion: the contents of the bottle before the solution dissolved in l00 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 100 ml 5% glucose injection, the product dissolved after intravenous infusion time should be 20 30 minutes or longer. Do not dissolve and dilute with other solvents or other drugs. When the oral therapy does not apply to patients with duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer and reflux esophagitis, it is recommended intravenous infusion of the product dose of 40mg once a day. Zollinger-ellison syndrome patients recommended intravenous omeprazole 60mg as a starting dose once a day. The daily dose of patients with zollinger-ellison syndrome may require a higher dose and should be individualized. When the daily dose exceeds 60 mg, the administration is twice.
