OCT Expands the use of the CTMS Platform with Flex Databases to Implement the Workflow Management Tool

Flex Databases, a company specialising in Professional Services Automation (PSA) for the pharmaceutical industry, has announced that OCT is expanding the use of the Flex CTMS platform to implement the workflow management tool.

OCT is a full-service Contract Research Organisation (CRO) founded in 2005 in St. Petersburg. OCT are operating in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
