Product Description

Borshchahivskiy cpp (bcpp) offers a wide range of medicinal products which includes mononitrosid. Active ingredients: it is an antianginal agent and pharmacologically active metabolite of isosorbide dinitrate (nitrosorbide). Nitro-compounds cause a dose-dependent relaxation of smooth muscle and vasodilation. The onset of therapeutic action of isosorbide dinitrate is more rapid than that of isosorbide mononitrate. Isosorbid monohydrate causes dilatation of the peripheral veins and arteries, increased volume of veins, and a decreased venous return to the heart (reduced preload).
