Mel Forte 15 mg (Meloxicam)

Composition:
1 tablet contains 15 mg of meloxicam (Meloxicamum)

Indications:
Short-term treatment of acute symptoms of.degenerative joint disease. Long-term symptomatic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis.

Contraindications:
The medicinal product is contraindicated in the following cases: hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients or hypersensitivity to substances with a similar effect, e.g. nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), acetylsalicylic acid, mecoxam should not be used by patients with symptoms of asthma, nasal polyps, angioedema and urticaria, resulting from the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAID drugs; third trimester of pregnancy and when breastfeeding; children and youth below 15 years of age, gastrointestinal bleeding  or perforation in the medical history, resulting from prior NSAID treatment; active or recurrent peptic and (or) duodenal ulcer and bleeding in the medical history (two or more separate episodes of confirmed ulcers or bleeding); acute liver injury; acute kidney failure of non-dialysis patients; gastrointestinal bleeding; cerebral bleeding or other disorders connected with bleeding in the medical history, acute heart failure.
