Containers/IBCs: We manufacture intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) for you according to your requirements in any size and shape, whether rectangular, square or round. As storage, transport, filling and mixing containers, we manufacture all surfaces in contact with the product from high-quality stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L) on request. Drums: Powder, granulates, pasty or liquid media, with a stainless steel drum from MBL, any substance can be safely transported, stored, weighed and integrated into further process steps. Weighing: Whether it is the weighing at the start of the process or a measuring operation within the process -weighing processes are extremely important in production for documentation and control, documentation and quality assurance. With our weighing solutions, we optimise your process and also implement complex recipe management. Depending on your requirements, we only use high-quality weighing technology from renowned manufacturers. You decide whether you want to use the scales as stand-alone devices or as integrated systems in the front ends of our mobile and stationary lifting systems. Horizontal & vertical product transport:When feeding plants or transporting tablets and granulates, products must be transported reliably and non-destructively to their destination. Vertical Transfer System (VTS):With our VTS, we gently transport your product to lower levels. Vacuum conveyor: It offers an economical, vertical and horizontal conveying and filling for IBCs or machines.
